In the 4th expansion to the bestselling Carcassonne, building is going up. The influential lords of the land are now building towers to strengthen their power and influence in the area. Their henchmen keep watch on the towers and notice anyone who gets too close. If an enemy henchman is caught, he is taken prisoner. The henchmen are returned home by exchanging prisoners. And if there is a real shortage of henchmen, prisoners can also be bought free.

In addition to new game ideas that demand new tactics even from experienced Carcassonne players, this expansion contains a tower as a stable and atmospheric card dispenser that can be used for all Carcassonne games.
